This year’s Professional Pensions Communications Forum will be held on 9th February 2012 in London.

  • Using social media practically to enhance your communication strategies
  • Ways to ensure your members help you maintain good data and how to fill the inevitable blanks
  • The movement from communicating pensions to communicating benefits and wraps
  • Measuring and maintaining a good quality of communications
  • Engaging objections: Answering to varying demographics within schemes

Critical issues such as these and more specialised questions will be addressed at the third annual Communications Forum on 9th February 2012.

As extensive reforms sweep through the majority of the pensions sector, with the advent of auto-enrolment; local government reforms and tax reforms, it has never been more important to maintain and update good procedures to stay in touch with scheme members.

Coping with tough economic conditions, those with pensions are raising more and more concerns about the safety of their future retirement income. Those without are struggling to put funds aside.

The day will be split between plenary sessions which will appeal to all, as well as a more targeted breakdown into streams so you can customise the sessions to your preferences.

The Communications Forum is free to attend, but places are strictly limited so register your interest today for the opportunity to further your knowledge.
